1. Information We Collect
We collect administrative user information during registration, including your email address, organization name, and hashed passwords. We also store test configuration metadata, OpenAPI schemas you import, and summary execution metrics (latency percentiles, request counts, error rates).
2. Private Network Data & Agent Telemetry
Because performance tests are executed inside your infrastructure via self-hosted k6 agents, raw API response payloads and sensitive internal application records remain inside your network and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. The agent only streams aggregated numeric performance metrics (RPS, average latency, P50-P99 percentiles, and error percentages).
3. Payment Information
Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not process, store, or have access to raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials. Razorpay handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliant protocols.
4. Tenant Isolation & Data Retention
All project data, synthetic configurations, and metrics are isolated by organization tenant. We retain test execution history for the duration of your active workspace account. You may request data deletion by contacting support.
